Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Department Manager to lead our Beauty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role requires a graduate-level education, 3-5 years of experience running profitable retail stores and teams, and a strong customer focus.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Beauty or luxury retail, with excellent leadership and direction skills to provide guidance to team members towards achieving goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead by example, resolve complaints promptly, and cultivate a culture of excellent customer service.
  • Minimize stock loss, implement policies, and analyze stock management information to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide and analyze reports to understand performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and inform Buying/Planning.
  • Recommend, manage, and support sales promotions and brand activities to meet expectations.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key business partners.
  • Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  • Adhere to Company Health & Safety standards at all times.
  • Understand customer profiles and provide feedback on Marketing, Buying, and Planning.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising standards within brand guidelines.
  • Monitor sales per square foot, keep abreast of market trends, and competitor activity, and provide feedback/recommendations to the Company.
