Senior Site Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:
The Senior Site Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in the Consultant Project Management Team, reporting to the Infrastructure Manager. This position involves undertaking Consultant Site Supervision Engineer responsibilities during the execution of Infrastructure Works, ensuring compliance with design, execution, safety, program, and end product quality and performance in accordance with the Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Construction Management Team to develop working designs, details, and specifications from approved detail designs.
- Review shop/working drawings and material submittals for compliance with project documents.
- Review, inspect, and undertake verification works installed to ensure quality work for compliance with project documents.
- Respond to Contractor queries and review construction issue drawings.
- Maintain project administrative systems.
- Report on environmental and safety issues arising from work operations.
- Coordinate information between the design office, contractor, and client.
- Ensure all relevant BH staff are informed of project and client matters.
- Continuously ensure that practices, policies, strategy, and services represent the client's best interests and that BH policy is in keeping with current legislation, British Standards, and Codes of Practice.
Job Requirements:
- Chartered Engineer with a relevant institution (e.g., MICE).
- BEng & MSc or MEng qualified in a relevant engineering subject(s).
- Significant experience of design and site supervision of infrastructure engineering on major developments, preferably with Middle East project experience.
- Experience of directly liaising with Clients, Contractors, and other Consultants.
