About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team. As a Senior Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced Android applications for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • We expect you to design and build complex applications for the Android platform.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Your tasks will include unit-testing code for robustness, usability, and reliability.
  • Bug fixing and improving application performance are also key responsibilities.
  • Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation is essential.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends, mobile technologies, and development best practices is a must.
  • You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android development is required.
  • You should be proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
  • A strong understanding of the Android SDK and different versions of Android is necessary.
  • Experience with popular Android frameworks and libraries such as Retrofit, Dagger, Room, etc. is beneficial.
  • You should have knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • A solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle is essential.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git is necessary.
  • You should be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
