About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Skin Care Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build strong relationships with key customers, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers into the store, identify their needs through asking questions, and recommend suitable products.
  2. Offer Facial Massage services to select customers, building lasting relationships and driving loyalty.
  3. Maintain high product and hygiene standards as per the operating manual.
  4. Merchandise products according to Brand guidelines and rotate stocks to showcase new items.
  5. Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays, and check stock levels daily.

About You

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology.
  • 1-2 years retail sales or customer service experience in the beauty industry.
