We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional to lead our logistics operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in military garrison logistics management and readiness, with a minimum of ten years of experience in general management and five years of specialized experience in logistical support functions.

  • Collects and analyzes data to identify trends and provides advice on operational matters.
  • Monitors supply functions, purchase requests, personnel actions, and administrative support for the directorate.
  • Assists senior directors and department managers in preparing plans, budgets, self-assessments, staffing, proposals, estimates, and information requests.

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of military logistical support experience and expertise to effectively manage complex logistical operations within the Installation Logistics (IL) Directorate. A collaborative work style, fostering effective cohesion, cooperation, and teamwork, is also essential.

Key Duties
  1. Develop and implement processes to improve quality and efficiency within the logistics department.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to ensure compliance with stated PWS and T.E. requirements, CDRL development and submission, FAR guidance, USG regulatory and procedural requirements, and corporate policies and procedures.
  3. Provide oversight of work order tracking, purchase request tracking, overtime tracking, transportation, leased vehicle support, and information management support.
  4. Ensure personnel responsiveness to quality, quantity, and safety of all work performed.
