Job Title: Lead Painter

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Painter to lead a small team and oversee painting tasks in Kuwait. As part of the LOGCAP support team, you will be responsible for supervising employees and ensuring that high-quality painting work is completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of quality and safety within the team.
  • Plan and coordinate painting tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance and progress.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a painter, with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CAC eligibility or the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
