Contract Administration Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administration Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing, advising on, and administering all activities related to contracts for works and services associated with oil and gas facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement contract administration strategies to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate contract negotiations, bid evaluation, and award formalities.
  3. Manage contract documentation, including preparation of contract awards, variation orders, and claims.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate processing of contract-related financial information.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  6. Provide support to senior contract administrators in the development of business cases and proposals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Arts.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in contract administration, with a strong understanding of procurement and commercial law.
