HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L invites applications for two academic positions:

The School of Arts and Sciences seeks to hire:

  • A full-time faculty member in Ethics with a strong background in Business or Applied Ethics, tasked with delivering high-quality instruction and contributing to the intellectual life of the university.
  • An adjunct faculty member in Psychology for undergraduate instruction on a part-time basis, responsible for engaging students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.
About the Positions:

We are seeking academically qualified, student-centered educators who can deliver exceptional instruction and contribute to the interdisciplinary focus on critical thinking, ethics, and behavioral science.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach undergraduate courses in assigned subject areas (Ethics or Psychology), developing and updating syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports student success, providing timely feedback, academic support, and office hours as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate student records and comply with institutional policies, while staying current in relevant academic fields and instructional best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives, ensuring a seamless integration of ethics into multidisciplinary programs.
Requirements:Full-Time Ethics Faculty:
  • Must hold a Master's or higher degree in Business, Ethics, or a related field, with specialization or significant experience in Business Ethics or Applied Ethics.
  • Minimum of two years of university-level teaching experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior business or industry experience is highly valued, as well as familiarity with integrating ethics into multidisciplinary programs.
Adjunct Psychology Faculty:
  • Must hold a Master's degree or higher in Psychology or a closely related field, with at least one year of teaching experience at the college level preferred.
  • Experience with online or hybrid instruction is an advantage, along with the ability to engage students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.
