• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from a reputable institution is required.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT management role is necessary for this position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
• Experience managing on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached storage (NAS) devices is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (365) is also necessary.
