Job Description:

As a key member of the Automak Automotive team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Governance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including articles of incorporation, minutes of board meetings, and related documentations. Provide strategic advice on corporate governance best practices to senior management.
  2. Legal Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and ensure adherence. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  3. IPO Support: Collaborate in preparing necessary IPO documents, structuring securities offerings, conducting due diligence, and obtaining regulatory approvals for the IPO.
  4. Compliance Monitoring and Investigations: Continuously monitor company activities to ensure ongoing compliance with established policies and regulations. Investigate any violations and take corrective actions to rectify the situation and prevent future breaches.
  5. Legal Advice and Counsel: Provide expert legal guidance to senior management and various departments on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
  6. Risk Identification and Management: Identify potential legal risks facing the company and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
  7. Contract Management: Responsible for creating and managing legal contracts and corresponding correspondence on behalf of the company, involving contract negotiations, risk analysis, and ensuring parties fulfill their obligations.
  8. Legal Advice to Senior Management: Offer legal counsel to senior management on strategic decisions, risk assessment, and compliance matters.
  9. Manage and Coordinate Legal Tasks: Oversee and manage various legal tasks and activities within the company, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders involved in legal matters.
  10. Policy and Procedure Development: Create corporate policies and procedures to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, guiding the company's actions and decisions in a legally compliant manner.
  11. Corporate Communication: Prepare and distribute internal communications related to legal and compliance matters, ensuring employees across the organization are aware of and adhere to legal and compliance policies.
  12. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  13. Case Management: Assist in organizing and managing legal cases, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with other team members and external parties.
  14. Administrative Support: Manage and organize legal documents and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Act as a liaison between the legal department, other departments, and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.
  15. Other Duties: Perform any additional work requested by direct manager in management, which is related to the company's business and interest in general and the work of the legal department in particular.
