About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RPA Supply Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Deployment Pool, you will be required to support deployments to various locations as needed.

This position requires flexibility in supporting assigned deployment/work schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall serviceability of all support equipment and related items.

You will verify proper allotment of material and/or equipment to appropriate maintenance personnel in support of O&M operations. Additionally, you will account for all materials and/or support equipment being shipped out of, and received, at the facility.

Key responsibilities include tracking parts Due in from Maintenance (DIFM) and taking appropriate actions to meet applicable deadlines. You will also maintain a running inventory of stock/equipment using appropriate software.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform miscellaneous basic quality assurance duties including CTK inspections, inventory process checks, inspecting and examining materials, article inspections, etc.
  • Manage TMDE/PMEL, HAZMAT, & TNB/FOM programs.
  • Assist in verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and damages.
  • Route materials and parts to prescribed storage locations and/or facilities as needed for operational support.
  • Store, stack, or palletize materials and/or equipment in accordance with applicable technical guidelines.
  • Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials/equipment.
  • Perform comprehensive warehousing and support program duties in support of O&M operations within the site.
  • Assist in the basic examination of stored materials and report deterioration and damage; remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment.
  • May operate hand and/or power trucks and/or equipment in performing warehousing and support duties.
  • Support supervisor with inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including supplies and equipment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.
