About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technical Services Manager to join our team at SSH International. As a key member of our architectural services team, you will be responsible for providing specialized drafting services, accurately and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare presentation drawings using relevant CAD software for client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create complete and detailed drawings using advanced computer-aided drafting tools.
  • Assist in managing drawing files and archives, ensuring easy access to project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive CAD Library.
  • Research and retrieve relevant information from previous projects and the CAD Library to prevent duplicate work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new technologies, building methods, and materials.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Draughtsmanship (including AutoCAD and 3-D programmes) from a registered technical college or school.
  • Proven experience in an architectural practice preparing architectural drawings (including working drawings and details) using AutoCAD.
  • Good knowledge of Building Construction is essential.
  • Competent in using Photoshop and producing 3D renderings.
