The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service sales, with a focus on AMC, retrofit, and parts. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for CAC solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CAC products, including features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
  • Leverage existing AMC contacts to identify opportunities and establish new connections.
  • Develop and implement collaborative business strategies with major accounts and sales partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
  • Additional certifications in HVAC service sales or project management are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service sales, with a focus on AMC, retrofit, and parts.
  • Strong track record in business development and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent skills in sales services and building a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
  • Technical troubleshooting expertise.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability.
