Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel on all company-related matters within and outside Kuwait.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including tenants, investors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
  • Prepare and review litigation briefs, attend court proceedings, and represent the company's interests.
  • Assist in preparing defence synopses, necessary documentation, and negotiate business transactions.
  • Prepare legal notices, responses, and correspondence, as well as draft petitions and memorandum of defences.
  • Support corporate legal affairs, including company registration, record-keeping, and drafting minutes of General Assemblies/Board Resolutions.
