Responsibilities
  • Conduct chemical and physical analyses of oil and gas samples to determine their properties.
  • Create cement slurry designs tailored to specific oil-well conditions and parameters.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Perform quality assurance tests on company products.
  • Maintain and update the database of slurry tests and designs performed in the lab and utilized in the field.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in a laboratory environment.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
