This challenging role requires a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) across various frameworks, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 26000. Your primary goal is to drive quality initiatives, audits, and improvement projects while fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards that align with IMS frameworks.
  • Plan, schedule, and lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze quality metrics, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify trends and inform corrective actions.
  • Maintain document control, change management, and risk management processes to minimize operational risks.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an ISO 9001-regulated quality role within an IT services or similar environment.
  • Hands-on responsibility for system development, audit, and continuous improvement.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is mandatory; ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certificates are an advantage.

  • In-depth knowledge of IMS frameworks, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 26000.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage audits and interact with customers and certification bodies.
  • Self-motivated individual who works independently and leads cross-functional teams.
