Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute stock control operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods receipts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date file controls, including documentation of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions.
  • Verify and validate all data input into GCSS-Army to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze management reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on GCSS-Army and MILSTRIP procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared objectives, such as reducing costs and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to data security and intellectual property.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Warehousing and Logistics, with expertise in GCSS-Army and MILSTRIP.
  • Advanced knowledge of GCSS-Army and MILSTRIP procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
