Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the assigned territory. The primary goal is to achieve 100% of the quarterly and annual sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet annual sales plans.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Conduct regular product demonstrations and training sessions to promote Ethicon Surgery products.
  5. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  7. Pursue continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Medical Sciences.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Medical Sector, preferably in Key Account Management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
