Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Assistant to join our team at Taiba Hospital. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior neurosurgeons, providing support in the provision of high-quality neurological care to patients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist senior neurosurgeons in surgeries, procedures, and ward rounds
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and report findings to senior staff
• Document patient records accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy development
• Cover operating room duties and pre/post-operative assignments as required
• Respond to patient incidents and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
