Pipeline Development Specialist – Power and Water Industry

Job Overview:
This role involves developing and managing a pipeline of sales leads to drive growth initiatives and boost market participation in the Power and Water sector.
You will work closely with senior leadership to analyze market opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new sales leads by identifying customer needs and preferences in the Power and Water industry.
- Managing a pipeline of sales leads to ensure a seamless transition from business development to sales.
- Analyzing existing business strategies and recommending future growth initiatives.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or any related field.
- Strong experience (8 to 10 years) in sales, particularly to Power and Water Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in English (verbal, reading, and writing), Arabic will be an advantage.
