At MUQAWLAT KUWAIT, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Sales Engineers - 2 NO'S (Arab Nationals). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering and sales of air conditioning systems.
Job OverviewWe require a Sales Engineer who can increase the sale of air conditioning systems and equipment to meet and exceed sales targets and profit margins. Key responsibilities include creating inquiries via consultants and individual customers related to villas/apartments, estimating and overseeing all project-related activity to boost sales, gross margins, and brand recognition.
- Create and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and tactics to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a degree in BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2-5 years of experience in the sales of A/C equipment and systems. Experience in the Qatari market is mandatory. Excellent Arabic speaking and writing skills are essential.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales of A/C equipment and systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
