About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial air conditioning service operations, with a proven track record of improving service quality, reducing lead times, and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service plans to improve service quality, reduce lead times, and increase profitability.
  • Lead and manage the Commercial AC Service Department, overseeing all service operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
  • Manage & oversee AMC customers beyond satisfaction by being proactive, ensuring periodic service is done on time and repair jobs are attended to promptly.
  • Achieve financial targets in out of warranty repair, AMC renewal, parts sales, retrofit, and growth of services sales funnel.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Technical certifications in home appliances, consumer electronics are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Commercial Air Conditioning industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Managerial or Supervisory level in service.

Skills:

  • Technical knowledge in CAC products, not limited to chillers, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, package AC, and ducted split.
  • Ability to commission CAC projects.
  • Excellent skills in service sales and building a sales funnel.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze P&L performance and take improvement actions.
