We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert (Xero) to join our team at Bricks.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level position responsible for overseeing financial transactions, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Xero software and a strong background in accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and statements on a monthly basis.
  2. Overseeing receivables accounting, ensuring timely recording, tracking, and reconciliation.
  3. Working closely with the business team to generate accurate invoices and issue receipts promptly.
  4. Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with clients' accounting teams to ensure synchronized and seamless financial transactions.
  5. Managing payment collections, deposits, and related processes efficiently.
  6. Bookkeeping and maintaining meticulous records of all company purchases.
  7. Handling petty cash transactions for employees and the company, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
  8. Ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards, as well as local regulations, including those related to social security and taxation.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Xero software.
  • Familiarity with the Kuwait Social Security System and relevant accounting regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Relevant licenses and certifications (such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
