Head of Customer Engagement Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Engagement to join our Telecommunications team. As a Head of Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that align with company goals.Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve system efficiency.Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve customer engagement strategies.Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or superiors.Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or diploma in business or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Required 3-4 years related experience in customer service and/or administration.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Team leadership and coaching skills.
- Background in workout/recovery plans, with a minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level.
- Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment.
- Strong knowledge of billing systems.
