Job Summary:

The Aquatic Program Director will oversee our swimming program, ensuring the safety and well-being of students in the water while promoting water safety awareness and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the swimming program, including staff supervision and coordination.
  • Develop and implement aquatic programs that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for lifeguards and swimming instructors.
  • Promote water safety awareness and advocate for best practices in aquatic education.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in an educational setting.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification (or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of success in program development and management.
