Your Role

The Customer Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping brand awareness and building customer loyalty through community initiatives. This involves collaborating with shopping centers, city studios, and brand ambassadors to drive business growth and expand lululemon's customer base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Foster strategic partnerships with key players in the local athletic communities and affiliated studios.">
  • Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies that align with company objectives.">
  • Oversee photoshoots with ambassadors and local athletes to showcase brand products and values.">
  • Maintain open lines of communication with store teams and ensure seamless event execution.">
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with store ambassadors and foster a collaborative team environment.">

Requirements

  • A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is essential, with a bachelor's degree being preferred.">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing or event management, preferably in the fitness industry.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.">
