Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in plastic injection molding, focusing on preform and closure molds
  • Expertise in maintaining injection molding machines, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and auxiliary systems
  • Hands-on experience with material conveying systems, metal separators, dehumidifiers, and dryers
  • Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance planning
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of technicians
  • Proficiency in CMMS, ERP systems, SAP, and AutoCAD for managing maintenance records and reporting
  • Ability to maintain spare parts inventory and manage procurement for necessary components
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
