We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team at WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the execution of multidiscipline engineering activities.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating project activities to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
  • Your strong technical expertise and leadership skills will enable you to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure project completion within specified timelines.
  • Act as the primary technical coordination interface with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Oversee project execution to guarantee compliance with clients' approved Basis of Design and relevant regulatory requirements.
HSE Management

In this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate your commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by providing visible support for Worley One-Way Program.
  • Maintain a strong HSE focus within the team.
Client Relationships

You will establish and maintain healthy client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.

  • Proactively address performance, scope, and schedule issues.
Scope Management

Ensure project compliance with WPMP and contract requirements by applying effective change control processes and managing scope creep.

  • Monitor project progress closely to identify potential risks and issues.
Cost Control

You will closely monitor project costs and forecast final costs to identify trends and prevent overruns.

  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential cost impacts.
Quality Management

Contribute to supporting and complying with Worley policies, procedures, and guidelines by awareness and adherence to quality and safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Team Management

Foster a collaborative team environment by focusing team members on achieving milestones and key project objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure team members are aware of project expectations.
Communications Management

Effective communication with design teams and third parties is essential for success in this role.

  • Accurate, timely, and effective reporting to the Project Manager is also required.
Design Management

You will set clear objectives for the design team and manage inter-discipline interfaces effectively by ensuring design team compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations.

  • Collaborate with design teams to develop and implement effective design solutions.
Procurement/Subcontracts Management

Assist in procurement processes throughout the project to ensure goods meet specifications, are delivered on time, and within budget.
