Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Assistant Manager Corporate Finance to join our team and take on a key role in managing the company's financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure financial stability, developing business plans, identifying and mitigating financial risks, and maintaining awareness of the changing business landscape.

">About the Role

As an Assistant Corporate Finance professional, you will support the management of the company's financial activities, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. This role is essential for maintaining financial stability and contributing to overall success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Developing, preparing, reviewing, and monitoring business plans to ensure alignment with company objectives;
  • Identifying, escalating, and mitigating financial risks to minimize their impact on the business;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals and improve business performance;
  • Maintaining awareness of the changing business landscape to identify opportunities for company growth and development.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of management accounting principles and finance best practices, as well as solid analytical skills to effectively analyze financial reports. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and advanced technical skills are also required. In addition, the candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree / Master's with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Accounts / Finance, and be a Certified Chartered Accountant.
