Technical Solutions Consultant

This mid-senior level position is responsible for managing technical projects, particularly those involving mobile applications (Android and iOS) and REST APIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, project management, and technical leadership.
Main Responsibilities- Project Planning & Management:
- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects involving mobile applications and API integrations.
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, specifically for mobile apps (Android and iOS) and software solutions.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for mobile applications and API integrations.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and workflows that can be easily understood by development teams.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Problem-Solving & Escalation:
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues arising during project execution.
- Escalate complex problems to senior leaders or technical experts when necessary.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
