About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced cryptography and security expert to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for enhancing the security foundation of our products and ensuring compliance with international information security standards.
  • Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in terms of security threats and vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement security hardening benchmarks.
  2. Test and validate kernel and crypto module components with external security consultants.
  3. Develop automation tooling to audit deployed systems for DISA-STIG and CIS benchmark compliance.
  4. Contribute to Ubuntu mainline and upstream projects to land solutions and benefit the community.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in cryptography and security.
  2. Expertise in low-level Linux cryptography APIs and debugging.
  3. Strong software engineering fundamentals, including prior experience with C development.
  4. Hands-on experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
