Barista/Bartender Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Inclusive Collection team as a Barista/Bartender Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide consistent service to customers while working in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires the preparation and serving of drinks to customers, as well as creating classic and innovative drinks based on their needs and expectations.

1. A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is essential for this position.
2. At least 2 years of work experience in hotel operations is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and responding accordingly.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
