We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to ensure open communication and meet requirements.

2. Purchase Requisition Preparation: Prepare purchase requisitions in accordance with departmental requests.
3. Purchase Order Processing: Process purchase orders, track deliverables, and ensure timely closure.
4. Material Delivery Monitoring: Monitor material delivery according to specific specifications.
5. Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of materials as per agreed-upon schedules.
6. Progress Tracking: Track progress against purchase requisition requirements.
7. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and fluctuations.
8. Reporting: Provide detailed reports on findings.
9. Supplier Management: Compile relevant information for the development of new material sources and suppliers.
10. Filing System Maintenance: Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to requests.
11. Cost Control: Manage cost control and efficiency during purchase request processing.
12. Team Assistance: Assist colleagues as needed and perform duties assigned by the line manager.
13. Training and Development: Undertake cross-training as mandated by the line manager.
14. Compliance: Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and working practices at KDD and in the State of Kuwait.
15. Schedule Stock Checks: Conduct scheduled stock checks.
16. Stock Level Monitoring: Perform ad hoc and spot checks to monitor stock levels.
17. Optimal Stock Levels: Maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding overstocking or understocking, and minimizing waste.
