**Role Summary:**
As a risk management specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives by identifying and mitigating potential risks. You will analyze data and perform complex calculations to assess and manage risks associated with insurance policies, investments, and financial products.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop pricing models for insurance products based on statistical analysis, market trends, and risk assessment.
2. Conduct actuarial valuations and projections to determine reserves, premiums, and policyholder benefits.
3. Monitor and evaluate the financial performance and solvency of insurance companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Collaborate with underwriters, analysts, and other professionals to provide accurate risk assessments and recommendations.

**Required Qualifications:**
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional actuarial qualification (e.g., Fellow or Associate of a recognized actuarial organization).
• Proven experience working as an actuary, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages.
• Knowledge of insurance principles, financial markets, and risk management concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance and financial sectors.
