As a seasoned Project Manager / Resident Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading consultancy services for the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant project based in Kuwait.

Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include managing consultancy services for the O&M of the wastewater treatment plant, overseeing project execution, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, monitoring plant performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing project budgets and schedules, and supervising project teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or a related field).
  • 15+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in wastewater treatment or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, O&M best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications are highly desirable.
