Technical Support Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Investigating and resolving complex technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems.
  • Providing expert-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base articles to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • Professional written and spoken English language skills.
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting Linux systems, including virtualization/cloud, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
  • Advanced troubleshooting experience, including navigating stack traces and logs, and advising on next steps.
  • Programming fundamentals in any language.
  • Extensive customer support experience, prioritizing customer needs, communicating professionally, emphatically, clearly, and setting the right expectations.
