This is an excellent opportunity to join a team as a Merchandise Planner and be responsible for developing divisional merchandise strategies through seasonal and yearly product and location sales plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering category sales, gross margin, and turnover performance in line with set targets.
2. Working closely with senior planners, division planning managers, and business general managers to develop and manage financial plans.
3. Collaborating with the finance team to monitor overall inventory levels and forecast future needs.

As a successful candidate, you will have a tertiary degree from any discipline and at least 2 years of experience in implementing planning functions in large-scale retail operations. You will be a strategic thinker with a methodical approach and effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
