This is a critical role that involves managing financial transactions, communicating with customers, and resolving billing discrepancies. As an Invoicing Specialist at Divya Staffing Solution, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Responsibilities:- Process and send invoices to clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and track incoming payments to maintain accurate accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their outstanding balances and provide prompt resolution to their queries.
- Support the accounting department in generating financial reports related to invoicing and accounts payable.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
