We are looking for a seasoned Heavy Equipment Specialist to operate our PSD fleet safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and maintenance, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Job Functions:
  1. Inspect and maintain equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working condition
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  3. Assist field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
  5. Develop and maintain expertise in operating heavy equipment, including PSDs
  6. Comply with all relevant safety protocols and procedures, reporting any issues or concerns to management
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development
  8. Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results

Requirements include 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
