We are seeking an experienced and motivated basketball coach to lead our part-time youth basketball program in Kuwait. As a basketball coach with Elite Kuwait, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training sessions for players of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver dynamic basketball training sessions aligned with organizational goals.
• Teach fundamental basketball skills, techniques, and strategies to players of all ages and skill levels.
• Maintain open lines of communication with players, parents, and colleagues.
• Evaluate player progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a basketball player or coach at a high school, college, or professional level.
• Strong knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with players of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching the game.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
• Valid residency visa in Kuwait (if applicable).
