Job Title: Business Travel Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Travel Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing all reservations on behalf of clients and handling ticketing and invoicing queries.

You will take complete ownership of fulfilling clients' immediate travel requirements, including selling and constructing airfares from multiple sources. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to calculate and quote fares based on client needs, assist with problem-solving, and explore alternative routes when necessary.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely reporting of documents, handling unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding, and adhering to company procedures for documentation, ticketing, voids, refunds, etc.

You will also be responsible for queue management, monitoring queues daily, and working independently with minimal supervision. A proactive approach, independence, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

In addition, we require a candidate with excellent command of written and spoken English, the ability to perform under stress, and meet tight deadlines. If you have a keen eye for detail, are meticulous, and enjoy working in a team environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
