We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Expert to ensure data integrity, compliance, and standardization across our organization.

  • Implement data governance policies, frameworks, and tools to manage data effectively.
  • Conduct data maturity assessments to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Define data quality rules, perform profiling, and implement remediation strategies to improve data accuracy.
  • Develop and manage metadata, data catalogs, and master data strategies to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to train stakeholders and ensure effective data governance practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management.
  • Proficiency in governance tools such as Informatica DQ, Collibra, or Talend.
  • A strong understanding of governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM.
  • Expertise in metadata, master data, and data lineage management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
