A Day in the Life

The surgical robotics utilization team oversees system installation, start-up, customer training, account analysis, and optimization of the robotic program. Successful integration into service lines requires full-time support from seasoned professionals with in-depth healthcare knowledge.

This team partners with hospital stakeholders to drive transformational changes, implement growth strategies, streamline patient care pathways, and optimize operations.

The company is expanding its Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) market presence across hospitals in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We seek talented individuals to deploy our groundbreaking robotic surgical therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish program goals and metrics; conduct regular performance reviews
  • Develop and coordinate surgeon training plans, including off-site training and proctored cases
  • Create training programs for staff, promote operational excellence, and facilitate learning
  • Attend cases during training sessions to support technology adoption
  • Apply change management techniques to engage stakeholders and secure buy-in
  • Coach hospital staff to achieve skill transfer and self-sufficiency
  • Work with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms for the HUGO RAS system
Essential Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, etc.); Master's preferred
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages beneficial
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout the region (>75%)
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience, including operating room and surgical procedures knowledge
