Administrative Assistant - Reception

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Reception. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant - Reception will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization and will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage the front desk and ensure it is always presentable and well stocked
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Keep track of employee schedules and notify them of any changes or updates
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about our organization to clients and visitors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
