Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Performance Analysis
  • Create detailed analyses of key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate qualitative reporting, focusing on business drivers, balance scorecard metrics, and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and insightful business/financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Planning and Forecasting
  • Support the development of comprehensive business plans and forecasts by analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of financial planning initiatives.
Team Collaboration and Development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions to foster a collaborative environment and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Candidates must hold a recognized qualification in finance, such as CA/CPA/CMA/MBA, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a finance-related role, preferably with ERP systems exposure.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify, interpret, and communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Solid understanding of financial and management accounting principles, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
