Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the outlet as a successful independent profit centre in line with our operating concept and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver maximum guest satisfaction and successful positioning within the market.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional service standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a senior manager in a similar concept within a 5-star hotel or contemporary independent restaurant with international standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in luxury hotels or high-end dining operations.
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • A relentless passion for food trends and restaurant concepts.
  • Experience in opening standalone restaurants or large hotel operations is advantageous.
