Residential Chef

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, working closely with the Chef de Partie, and ensuring that all food products meet our standards.

1. Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing sauces, cold meats, and vegetables.
2. Cook lunch and dinner, and assist in making cold & hot preparations.
3. Follow notes of recipes, ingredients that are to be served with the feature menu or that you are trained or shown.
4. Prepare, cook, finish, and garnish all hot and cold food products.
5. Prepare menus for restaurants and banquet, (a la carte or buffet).

1. Minimum of three years' experience working in a similar position in an Arabic Cuisine Restaurant.
2. Ability to work well under pressure.
3. Works well in a team environment, able to work effectively under pressure.
4. Thorough and pays attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
