Job Overview:

This role is part of the HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L team, supporting LOGCAP operations in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be physically located in Kuwait, ensuring adherence to local Environmental, Health, and Safety directives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Equipment Management: Develops an effective plan for the layout, security, and safekeeping of materials and equipment during loading, delivering, and unloading. Ensures all equipment meets safety requirements.
  2. Transportation: Performs daily preventative maintenance inspections on assigned vehicles and maintains a vehicle log according to applicable rules.
  3. Inspections and Reporting: Conducts regular inspections of the work site prior to setting up the crane and reports any issues or defects to the supervisor or manager.
  4. Operational Control: Uses standard operating procedures to control cranes, lifts, and other equipment, ensuring efficient transportation and safety.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of operating mobile cranes experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Requires Home country Heavy Duty Driver's License and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License. NCCCO certification is mandatory.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in operating a Crane and Heavy Equipment, basic mechanical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
