As a stockroom coordinator, you will be responsible for ordering and receiving Class II, III, and Class IV materials, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles and AIS system operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement efficient inventory management processes and ensure compliance with government regulations.

  • Order and receive Class II, III, and Class IV materials through the GCSS System.
  • Monitor and verify all data input into the GCSS-Army system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform daily GCSS-Army operations, including location maintenance, inventory processing, and customer request support.
  • Report, monitor, and process requests, providing status and reconciliation lists to supported customers.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operators License (OF346) are required.
