We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of our maintenance program and supervise maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of maintenance repairs, governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in maintenance management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all quality standards and metrics are met.
  • Manage assigned resources and adjust them as needed to meet production requirements.
  • Enforce adherence to technical data and management procedures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance actions and reviews management and production effectiveness.
  • Participate in the maintenance planning cycle and ensure only qualified personnel perform maintenance with the appropriate equipment and tools.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Seven years of supervisory experience with a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in maintenance management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Possess the appropriate verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, evaluate plans, and prepare reports.
Additional Information:
